I was waiting for the perfect time to share my magic sauces recipes with you and today I'm going to introduce the five yummy and fantastic magic mouthwatering sauces to my lovely friends, readers, and great sauce loving people from around the world. If I talk about myself, I am a big foodie and also my job nature also prefers a food lover so why should I not exarate about food. I mean food is something that we cannot live without. Whenever I try a new recipe and share it with you guys, I fell in love with it. And during the whole making process I can't help but smile. I can't even tell you guys about how many times I repeat a recipe if I fell in love with it. Let's dive into the recipes.

The Vintage Marinara Sauce

This Vintage Marinara Sauce can literally go with everything. The best choice for a Pizza, Chicken rolls, Samosa, Pasta, French fries, Sandwich, Spaghetti, and even as a dip sauce. It can be anything from a dressing to spread or even you can have it raw. It is my personally my favorite sauce out of all. It made me lick out every corner of my meal. Mates, I had to say, my favorite thing right now is the sauce right here. You all must be thinking that every other thing is my favorite but be realistic guys I mean how can you not love food. Its heaven! Let's have a look at ingredients.

Serving:

  • 1 cup for 2 persons
  • You can add on the ingredients to make more.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  2. 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  3. 1 cane Mashed Tomatoes
  4. 1 finely chopped medium Onion
  5. 1 teaspoon Sugar
  6. 1 teaspoon Oregano
  7. Salt and Pepper to taste
  8. Fresh Basil leaves for topping

Instructions:

  1. Take a saucepan and heat the olive oil on a medium flame.
  2. Add your garlic and onion and sauté them until they become golden white.
  3. Add sugar, mashed tomatoes, and oregano together and stir them until they start to simmer.
  4. Let it heat for 10 minutes and stir it time to time.
  5. After, 10 minutes add salt, pepper, and fresh basil leaves on top.
  6. Now the sauce is ready to savor. Serve it warm and fresh to have a delicious taste.

Honey Mustard Sauce


Honey mustard sauce is a great option for Fries, Salads, Sandwiches, Roasted chicken, Vegetables and you can have it as per your taste with any snack. It is a combination of sweet and sour ingredients. It has very mild scent that attracts to lick it raw. Let's have a look at ingredients.

  1. 9 minced Garlic cloves
  2. 3 cups of freshly chopped Parsley

For me It's an ultimate sauce that can with evert dish.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of Heavy Cream
  2. 4 freshly minced Garlic Cloves
  3. 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  4. half cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  5. Salt and Pepper to taste

Instruction

  1. Take a saucepan and add your Unsalted butter in it.
  2. Heat it on a medium flame and add the chopped garlic in it.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes until it gives a fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Let it simmer until it forms a thick smooth consistency, then season it with salt and pepper.
  6. Now combine the sauce with freshly boiled pasta of your preference and garnish it with extra parsley or parmesan cheese to add more flavor.

Peanut Sauce

A touch of sugar and a drizzle of highly-fragrant peanut oil infuse this sauce with brightness, which makes it the perfect complement to noodle bowls, stir-fries, satay et al. This is a versatile all-around sauce for dipping or pouring because it has the right combination of creaminess, acidity and heat.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
  2. Two tablespoons of soy sauce
  3. 1 TBSP rice vinegar
  4. One tablespoon of honey
  5. One teaspoon of sesame oil

Instruction

  1. Using a wire whisk, create a paste of coriander and chili powder in 1-2 tsp warm water to smooth it out.
  2. Add kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. In an oven or can use the broiler on high temp.
  4. optional ½ teaspoon chili flakes.
  5. In a small bowl form the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar-honey-fine sea salt-and oils and whisk until smooth.
  6. Add warm water to reach desired sauce consistency.
