  • Crack open two Eggs in the bowl. Whisk them together with a splash of Milk and then add pinch of Salt and black Pepper.
  • Add the vegetables you like in the batter. I personally like to add Onions, Tomatoes, Chilies, and Ginger-Garlic paste.
  • You can also add Mushrooms, Spinach, Bell Pepper, and any other veggie you love. Beat them until they form a nice and thick consistency.
  • Now put a non-stick pan on the burner and heat it on a medium flame. Grease the pan with the butter or oil of your choice.
  • After Pan is perfectly heated pour the mixture in the pan and let the batter set.  

Toppings

  • Add a nice amount of Cheese on top for additional flavor.

  • You can also add herbs like Oregano, Parsley, Basil, and Chives. I personally prefer Oregano. You can also top it with Sausages like Bacon, Ham, and Smoked Salmon.

Smoothie Bowl is a best choice for breakfast as it is very delicious, vibrant, nutritious, and nourishing meal. It’s a wholesome blend of fruits to kick start the day. It is completely different from a regular smoothie as it is eaten with a spoon because it is full of fruits and sprinkles. Making it colorful and attractive which appeals the eater. It is a fantastic option for someone who wants to have a light and sweet meal in breakfast.

Start with blending the Frozen Fruits in the blender of your choice. I’ll go with Strawberries, blueberries, and Bananas. Then I’m going to add an Almond Milk. You can also go with Coconut Milk or whatever Milk you like.
Blend them until they become fluffy and creamy and pour the Smoothie batter in the Wooden bowl.

Toppings

  • Its ready for the toppings. You can top it with fresh fruits or dried nuts.
  • I’ll be topping it with Sliced Kiwi, Bananas, Strawberries, and Blueberries as I don’t like dried nuts like Almonds, Walnuts, and Pistachio.
  • to enhance the flavor, you can also for seeds like Chia Seed, hemps seeds.
  • I would like to pour some honey on top add a natural sugary flavor you can skip if you don’t like and go for others like Maple syrup or Chocolate syrup.

Smoothie bowl is the most eye-pleasing, healthiest, and yummiest meal I have ever had for breakfast so far. Especially in Summers it is great meal to start your day as it is quite refreshing and give a nice cooling effect to your mouth. It gives you a rejuvenating feeling that keeps you fresh all day long.
